Strawberry-banana-peanut butter popsicles (vegan, gluten-free)

May in Philadelphia has been sunny and rainless, giving us a great first taste of summer! And with the Broad Street Run behind me and plenty of summer exercise still to come, I’ve been itching for a healthy and refreshing treat to fuel my Schuylkill Trail runs. Throw in a 90 degree day and an accidental re-discovery of my popsicle holders, and voila, a perfect warm weather treat was born…

Like strawberry banana smoothies? Peanut butter? Me too…
