Greek Yogurt Dip 2 Ways

The holiday season is in full swing! With parties for hosting, galore. As we celebrate the most wonderful time of year, it can be easy to overeat and lose sight of our health and wellness goals. While we should not completely avoid all holiday treats, we must also keep in mind that moderation is key.

One of my favorite tips for eating healthy around the holidays is this–
YOU bring the healthy dish to the party!

This ensures that there is a nutritious option, alongside the egg nog and holiday cookies that your host provides.

Tasty dips are always a crowd pleaser! And with Greek yogurt as the main ingredient, you can create a protein-packed option that taste greats with veggies and fruit.
