  • 1 banana preferably frozen
  • 1 cup spinach loosely packed
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup diced green apple
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water more as needed

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed.
