Sautéed Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts
An easy vegetable side dish that's equal parts sweet and spicy, made from four simple ingredients.

Prepare the brussels sprouts by washing and trimming them, then slicing them in half.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil over medium high heat. Place the brussels sprouts in the skillet, cut side down. Be careful not to overlap them. Let the brussels sprouts cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until the cut sides begin to brown.
While the brussels are cooking, whisk together the other tbsp of olive oil, honey, and sriracha in a small bowl. Add the sauce to the skillet and use a rubber spatula to stir the brussels sprouts and coat them in the sauce. Cook for another few minutes
Serve warm and enjoy!
