Jalapeno, Bell Pepper, and Mango Salsa

A delicious mango salsa that includes red bell pepper and jalapeno. Serve with tortilla or cassava chips for a refreshing snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 mango peeled and diced
  • 1 jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoon dillweed dried
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. You may choose to add more or less of the seasonings or ingredients to taste. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
