Ingredients

tahini

lemon
juiced; can use the whole lemon for a more tart taste
Water
as needed for thinning
Instructions
Combine the tahini, strawberries, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Depending on how thick you want the dressing, whisk in small amounts of water to thin it out.
Notes
This can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days.
