Ingredients

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 cup strawberries stems removed
  • ½ lemon juiced; can use the whole lemon for a more tart taste
  • Water as needed for thinning

Instructions

  • Combine the tahini, strawberries, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Depending on how thick you want the dressing, whisk in small amounts of water to thin it out.

This can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days.
