Equipment

  • blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup loosely packed cilantro can use both leaves and stems
  • 1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime juiced; about 2 to 3 tablespoons
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. I prefer to press or mince the garlic before adding it, since it usually blends better this way.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.
  • Enjoy on fish, tacos, vegetables, bowls, and more!
