Just like the Veg World blog, my book features an alphabetical vegetable index from artichokes to zucchini. Each section includes veggie nutrition, selection, and storage tips and 2 to 6 recipes per vegetables, for a total of 200 delicious recipes.

While all of the recipes in the book are vegetarian, this book is a fantastic guide for omnivores and vegetarians alike. Anyone with the goal of eating more veggies and improving their cooking skills will enjoy it.
