    Vegetable Cookbook for Vegetarians

    I’m so excited to announce that my Vegetable Cookbook for Vegetarians: 200 Recipes from Artichoke to Zucchini is now available wherever books are sold!

    Just like the Veg World blog, my book features an alphabetical vegetable index from artichokes to zucchini. Each section includes veggie nutrition, selection, and storage tips and 2 to 6 recipes per vegetables, for a total of 200 delicious recipes.

    More Information

    While all of the recipes in the book are vegetarian, this book is a fantastic guide for omnivores and vegetarians alike. Anyone with the goal of eating more veggies and improving their cooking skills will enjoy it.

    Some of my favorites, which are pictured below, include the Beet Yogurt Dip with Mint, Crispy Kale Chips, Scallion Pancakes, and Zucchini Taco Boats.
