    These kid-friendly recipes are excellent options for getting your babies, toddlers, and older children or teens to eat more vegetables and plant foods! Try the Beet Pancakes, Hidden Veggie Pasta Sauce, Unsweetened Applesauce with Veggies, and Veggie Bites, among many other healthy, delicious recipes that your kids will gobble up.

    When preparing recipes for young children and babies, remember to cut food into the appropriate size and shape for their age. In addition, make modifications to sodium and added sugar content as needed.
